About the service
Riwa provides Quran reading and study tools, progress features and optional AI assistance. Available features vary by app version, region and configuration. Use the service only where permitted by applicable law, and obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where required.
Study assistance
AI-generated explanations are separate from the Quran text, can contain errors and are not religious rulings. Check citations against the source text and consult a qualified scholar for religious guidance. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information when registering or contacting support. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent purchase or usage controls, or submit content you have no right to share. Guest access does not provide the same recovery options as a registered account.
Apple purchases
The Apple purchase confirmation displays the actual price, billing period, renewal terms and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through Apple under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple account; Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Deleting the app or Riwa account does not cancel a subscription. Restore eligible purchases using the in-app control. Paid question credits do not expire; rewards earned within the app may have separately displayed conditions. We do not state prices or promise introductory offers on this website.
Privacy and your content
The privacy policy explains account, study, purchase and AI data processing. Submit only content you are entitled to provide. You authorize the processing needed to deliver the features you choose, subject to that policy and any required consent. This does not transfer ownership of your personal content to us.
Availability and statutory rights
We may maintain or update the service and address misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Applicable legal protections remain in force.
App license and changes
Unless a separate app license is provided with the App Store listing, the iOS app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. These service terms supplement the applicable app license and do not replace mandatory rights. Updates to these service terms will appear here with a new effective date.
