Tell us what happened
Include your app version, iOS version, a short description and the steps that led to the problem. If helpful, include a screenshot with private content hidden. Never send your password, session token or full payment-card details. We do not promise a response time on this page.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple account used for the purchase. Subscription management and cancellation take place in your Apple account. Deleting Riwa or deleting your Riwa account does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes refund requests; use the official links below.
Delete an account or conversation
In Riwa, open Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. A registered account requires its current password; guest accounts can also be deleted. Individual conversations can be deleted from conversation history. Reset local data only clears local app data and is not a server-account deletion. See the privacy policy for retained anti-replay purchase records and backups.
Trouble accessing your account
Check the email address and password used to register. If you cannot access your account, contact support and describe the issue. This version does not provide an automated email password-reset flow. Identity checks may be necessary before we can help with personal data.
AI answers and voice
AI explanations are study assistance and may be inaccurate. Read the cited Quran text and consult a qualified scholar for religious guidance. Report an incorrect citation or answer with only the context you are comfortable sharing. Voice depends on feature availability, language support, permissions and your device; check microphone and speech permissions in iOS Settings.
Reminders and widgets
Enable notifications in iOS Settings and choose your reading reminder in Riwa. Add Riwa widgets from the home screen widget picker. Device settings, language and the installed app version may affect availability.
